Sara Hurwitch is a young professional golfer playing on the Duramed Future's Tour who wants to support the work of our organization as she plays professional golf. Each birdie she makes will benefit the National Capital Lyme and Tick-borne Disease Association (NatCapLyme) if you make a pledge anytime during the 2010 DFT competitive season. A birdie is a score of one stroke better than par for any golf hole. Sara expects to play nine tournaments in 2010 and average 2-4 birdies per golf round.

You may pledge any amount per birdie by clicking on one of the amounts suggested below or filling in your own amount:

Example: If you pledge $1 per birdie and Sara makes 2 birdies per round and plays 2 rounds in each of 9 tournaments, the total number of birdies would be 36; and the total pledge amount at the end of the season would be $36.

NatCapLyme will send an email with your total pledge amount after the conclusion of the DFT season in September. You may submit your tax-deductible donation at any time after the conclusion of the season until December 31, 2010.
